How Order Tracking Works

Once your order is dispatched:

  • You will receive an email with your tracking number and a link to follow your parcel in real time.

  • All orders are shipped through DPD, ensuring fast, reliable, and fully traceable deliveries nationwide.

  • Tracking usually becomes active within 2–4 hours of dispatch.

Where to Find Your Tracking Number

You can locate your tracking number in:

  • Your shipping confirmation email, sent once your order has left our warehouse.

  • Your PaintOnline.ie account, under “My Orders.”

If the tracking link shows “No information available”, please allow a little more time. The courier may still be processing the parcel.

Delivery Information

  • Standard delivery takes 1–3 working days, depending on location and order time.

  • Large or palletised paint orders may require an additional delivery day/days.

  • DPD will provide updates via text or email, including an estimated delivery window on the day of delivery.
