Description
Vitcas Heat Resistant Sealant is een kant-en-klare gemengde afdichtings- en kitpasta voor hoge temperaturen voor gebruik bij bevestiging en voegwerk, evenals voor brandbeveiliging.
Kenmerken:
- Klaar gemengd afdichtingsmiddel
- Sterke kleefeigenschappen bij alle temperaturen
- Bestand tegen 1300°C / 2370°F
- Niet-giftig
- Asbestvrij
- Voor gebruik bij het bevestigen en verbinden en voor brandbeveiliging
Belangrijkste toepassingen:
- keramiek, glas en metaal afdichten of bevestigen
- vermiculiet isolatieplaten plaatsen
- afdichten van andere materialen op silicabasis
Toepassing:
- Zorg ervoor dat het gebied schoon is en dat alle vuil, stof, roest en vet is verwijderd.
- Snijd de bovenkant van de cartridge af, schroef het mondstuk erop en snij het mondstuk op de gewenste maat.
- Aanbrengen met een patroonpistool en streven naar een dunne voeg van 2 – 3 mm.
- Het materiaal zal bij kamertemperatuur uitharden, maar de tijd zal worden verkort door warmte toe te passen, geleidelijk toenemend over een periode van vier uur.
- De natuurlijke kleur is gebroken wit/beige als het droog is, maar de kit kan worden geschuurd en overschilderd.
