Description

Vitcas hitzebeständiger Dichtstoff ist eine gebrauchsfertige Hochtemperatur-Dichtungs- und Fugenpaste zur Verwendung beim Befestigen und Verfugen sowie als Brandschutz.

Eigenschaften:

  • Fertig gemischte Dichtungsmasse 
  • Starke Klebeeigenschaften bei allen Temperaturen 
  • Beständig bis 1300°C / 2370°F
  • Ungiftig 
  • Asbestfrei
  • Zur Verwendung beim Befestigen und Verbinden sowie für den Brandschutz

Hauptverwendungen:

  • Abdichten oder Fixieren von Keramik, Glas und Metall
  • Installation von Dämmplatten aus Vermiculit
  • Versiegelung anderer Materialien auf Silikabasis

Anwendung:

  • Stellen Sie sicher, dass der Bereich sauber ist und dass jeglicher Schmutz, Staub, Rost und Fett entfernt wurde.
  • Schneiden Sie das Oberteil der Kartusche ab, schrauben Sie die Düse auf und schneiden Sie die Düse auf die erforderliche Größe.
  • Mit einer Kartuschenpistole auftragen und auf eine dünne Fuge von 2 – 3 mm abzielen.
  • Das Material härtet bei Raumtemperatur aus, aber die Zeit wird durch Anwenden von Wärme verkürzt und über einen Zeitraum von vier Stunden allmählich erhöht.
  • Die natürliche Farbe ist nach dem Trocknen grauweiß/beige, aber die Versiegelung kann geschliffen und überstrichen werden.
